Customers may exchange their Soleus product within one (1) year of the original purchase date if the item is found to be defective or not functioning as intended under normal use. This warranty covers manufacturing and hardware defects but does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper care, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty exchanges, and replacements will be provided for the same or comparable product.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that all risk of loss, damage, or deterioration of the product transfers to the customer upon delivery. The customer assumes full responsibility for any damage resulting from misuse, negligence, accidents, improper installation, unauthorized alterations or repairs, exposure to conditions outside recommended usage guidelines, or failure to follow provided care and operating instructions. Such damage is expressly excluded from warranty coverage, replacement, or refund. This agreement is binding upon purchase and is intended to clearly define ownership responsibility and limit company liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Soleus insoles are designed for everyday wear inside compatible footwear and should be used as intended under normal walking, standing, or activity conditions. Users should follow all provided care, charging, and usage instructions to ensure optimal performance, safety, and product longevity.

Soleus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, including but not limited to discomfort, data loss, or interruption of service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
